4. Be Authentic Endorse products that you truly believe in. It is important that you have actually used and like the things you promote. It would be unfortunate to loose a potential associate because of a commission that earned you a few dollars.

5. Post Regularly 
Post fresh material at least one time a week however 3-4 times a week if ideal. It keeps search engines and ping sites interested but more importantly, it keeps people interested.

6. Specialize Choose a segment of your business and learn it very well. This will give you the ability to discuss it with greater knowledge than most people. This allows you to provide useful and unique information as well as create respect and trust for you.

You will attract visitors to your site that already have an interest in your business.

Search engines will index your content faster if you link pages and material within your site. Every post and every page should link to other posts and pages in your site. This is a free and easy technique to increase traffic. The cumulative affect of these ten steps will be significant.

9. Visit Other Blogs And Comment You can create additional back links to your site by going to other blogs and sites and posting relevant content. Do this on sites with high traffic if possible. The other sites like it and you get a back link.

10. Do Website "Value Calculations" There are free sites that estimate the "value" and effectiveness of other sites. It can give you some interesting information and establish more links back to you.
