It feels so uplifting in a world where it seems like a struggle trying to climb the ladder to become a head boss. Not every employee is trustworthy to do so. Companies also need to consider the fact that others may be jealous of those working from home so usually those in higher positions can get this incentive.
All in all so many people find working at home like having a great sense of freedom to work as they please on their own time and to be able to have more family time everyday too. Also to be your own boss is very pleasing to the ears and on a resume! In addition, if you work for a company and they allow you to work from home, you should know that they must trust you to do your work without supervision, something to be proud of.
